I managed the podcast series end-to-end — from coordinating guests and subject matter experts to overseeing recording sessions, scripting, and post-production timelines. This included scheduling with engineers and marketing teams, creating interview briefs, translating technical language into clear discussion points, managing approvals, and planning launch dates across platforms. I also analyzed listener engagement and adjusted content strategy based on performance metrics.
